Would just tell you that substack’s own data biases toward its own platform being the hero whereas the actual journey is much more complex for a prospective reader. It won’t attribute to LinkedIn often whereas your zero click content there might have made people aware and bought a lot of those 77 people too 😄

The world of fractional work is still very misunderstood, but its estimated that the US independent worker population is roughly 72.9 million people in 2025, close to 45% of the labor force! It’s crazy how it’s still not “mainstream”….
The 77 who comment and share are worth more than the 2,100 who quietly skim.
